WSP is hiring an AI Developer focused on Large Language Models and agentic systems to design and develop AI-enabled applications for client-facing projects in mining, resources, infrastructure, and environmental domains. The role involves full-stack application development, backend APIs, cloud-native components, LLM and NLP integration, data pipelines, knowledge-driven systems, secure coding, and CI/CD and DevOps automation. It can be based anywhere in Canada and requires a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree plus 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years leading LLM-based or agentic AI systems in production.
