Reaktor is hiring an AI Developer in Helsinki to design and implement end-to-end LLM-enabled applications across the software development lifecycle, from backend architecture and frontend components through production deployment. The role involves integrating commercial and open-source LLMs, building RAG pipelines, evaluating model performance and safety, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, developing agentic software processes, and contributing to architecture, testing, and debugging. Candidates should have production experience with AI software technologies, cloud deployment experience with containerization or orchestration, DevOps knowledge, database and vector-database familiarity, awareness of data privacy and security, and fluent Finnish and English skills.
