RTINGS is hiring an AI Developer to build and maintain AI agents, workflows, and pipelines that power member-facing features and internal tools. The role involves integrating large language models and AI APIs into Ruby on Rails systems, monitoring production performance and costs, evaluating AI tools, and collaborating with teams to improve user and internal processes. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of professional software development experience, Ruby on Rails experience, and experience with LLMs, AI APIs, backend services, vector databases, RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks. The position is based in Montreal, Quebec, on a hybrid schedule, with a salary range of $100,000 to $160,000 CAD.
