Magna is hiring a permanent AI Developer, RPA & Testing to design and implement AI-powered solutions, prototypes, and production-ready applications for HR, Payroll, and Finance functions. The role combines AI/ML, RPA, test automation, data engineering, and modern software engineering using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Databricks, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Python, C#, REST APIs, and related integration and testing practices. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 5–7 years of relevant software development, AI/ML, data engineering, or intelligent automation experience.
