Description
The AI Developer Tools Engineer will make Midnight buildable for AI coding agents by improving tooling, context files, SDKs, documentation, agent harnesses, and orchestration workflows. The role maintains Midnight Expert and other AI-enabled developer tools, evaluates agentic tools such as MCP servers, monitors builder and agent usage, translates feedback into structured protocol-roadmap input, and tracks tool quality metrics. It reports to the Head of Product and requires hands-on experience with AI coding assistants or agentic development tooling, familiarity with how agents consume context, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to work independently across UTC-5 to UTC+5.
