Description
Arcadis is hiring an AI Developer Lead to lead the design, development, testing, deployment, governance, and delivery oversight of enterprise AI agents, copilots, automations, and integrations. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, standards creation, solution reviews, security and compliance oversight, and collaboration with architects, platform teams, cybersecurity, data governance, and business stakeholders. Required experience includes 5–8+ years in software development, automation, integration, or solution engineering, plus 2+ years developing AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions, along with experience using Azure AI platforms, APIs, integrations, orchestration, prompt engineering, agent-based solutions, and programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
