BlueCrest is hiring a highly technical, hands-on AI DevOps Engineer to deliver and operate DevOps environments across a global hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises data centres, Azure, and AWS. The role focuses on AI infrastructure, RAG and MLOps pipelines, GPU workload orchestration, AI-agent and MCP integration, infrastructure as code, containerisation, Kubernetes, automation, observability, CI/CD, and platform reliability for critical hedge-fund trading operations. The position requires strong independent and collaborative work, rapid delivery, operational judgment, and continuous improvement.
