Description
The AI-Driven 4G PHY Software Technology Lead will lead the architecture, implementation, optimization, testing, and production support of the LTE Layer 1 (PHY) software stack for carrier-grade Open RAN solutions. The role also shapes the software architecture and technical roadmap, mentors engineers, and applies agentic software development and LLM-based workflows to improve design, debugging, and delivery. Candidates need at least three years of technical leadership or senior software engineering experience, strong wireless PHY and C/C++ embedded systems expertise, DSP and debugging skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
