Study.com is hiring an AI Email & SMS Manager to own and grow its consumer email and SMS revenue streams by building AI-native automated journeys, agents, pipelines, and internal tooling. The role partners with Product, Content, Creative, and Data Science to create personalized learner experiences, apply LLMs to segmentation and copy, run experimentation and reporting, and present forecasts and strategic recommendations to leadership. It is based in the Mountain View, California office and requires hybrid attendance on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
