Nimble Gravity is hiring a remote US AI Enablement Lead to help financial services, insurance, and other clients adopt AI in business workflows. The role leads AI enablement programs, workshops, training, communications, adoption measurement, and responsible AI adoption while also answering technical questions about system design, data flow, failure modes, retrieval, grounding, and human review. Candidates need 5–10 years of relevant enablement, training, consulting, or organizational adoption experience, hands-on generative AI build experience, fluency across multiple AI platforms, strong executive and stakeholder facilitation skills, quantified adoption or business-impact results, and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical guidance.
