AppWork is hiring an AI Enablement Engineer to lead the adoption and responsible use of agentic AI coding tools across its R&D organization. The role combines hands-on engineering with building internal AI tooling, MCP integrations, agents, prompts, context files, and guardrails, while enabling approximately 20 engineers through training, playbooks, pairing, and measurable improvements in delivery speed, quality, and throughput. Candidates need extensive full-stack and AI adoption experience, practical LLM and production-grade tooling expertise, strong software engineering fundamentals, and a bachelor's degree in a technical field.
