Legora is hiring a generalist AI Enablement Lead to own a significant portion of its AI Enablement function. The role coordinates agent and internal tool builds with engineers, runs training and workshops, develops an AI champions program, and establishes governance guidelines and usage guardrails. It requires an engineering degree or equivalent, coding exposure, experience in a fast-moving environment, strong learning and communication skills, and the ability to work across strategy, delivery, and people work.
