Description
Unity is hiring a senior AI Centre of Excellence operator to build the operational capability for AI adoption across its business. The role owns firm-wide AI training, process reimagining, automation and adoption, role and workflow design, practical AI governance, tooling and vendor management, and measurement of adoption and ROI. It reports jointly to the Chief People Officer and Chief AI Officer, works with Partners, Functional Leaders, Product, Engineering, and enterprise IT, and requires someone who actively builds with current AI tools, has a track record of organisational AI and automation adoption, and can translate strategy into practical, adopted value.
