Roland Berger is hiring an AI Enablement Manager to own the introduction, enablement, governance, and adoption of GenAI platforms for internal and client-facing consulting projects. The role manages strategic relationships with AI, cloud, and technology partners; guides the development, deployment, and integration of AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP; establishes governance, monitoring, security, and compliance processes; and mentors junior team members. The position requires a master's degree or equivalent, at least eight years of relevant experience, strong GenAI and cloud expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
