voize is hiring an AI Enablement Manager to define and scale how AI is adopted across the organization. Reporting to the COO, the role focuses on building internal AI infrastructure, guardrails, governance, and enablement systems; training and supporting non-technical teams; integrating LLM-based workflows and automations; and helping transform the company into an AI-native organization. The position requires 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment, strong technical fluency with LLM systems, and is based in Berlin with a hybrid setup.
