CIMA+ is hiring an AI Enablement Specialist to drive the adoption of approved artificial intelligence tools across the organization. The role partners with business teams, the AI Development team, Talent & Culture, and other functions to identify use cases, develop guidance and training resources, facilitate workshops, support AI Champions and Communities of Practice, gather feedback, and measure adoption and business impact. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field, seven years of IT experience including three to five years in AI enablement or a related discipline, and strong knowledge of Generative AI, stakeholder engagement, and responsible AI practices.
