Skai is hiring an AI Engineer to deliver production-ready software features using GenAI tools such as Claude Code. The role involves end-to-end feature delivery, debugging, technical research, cross-domain collaboration across product, frontend, backend, and data teams, documentation, continuous learning, and contributing to pod reliability. Candidates need 2–5 years of software development experience, a relevant academic degree or relevant military experience, strong GenAI tool interest, adaptability, cross-domain curiosity, and excellent communication skills in a hybrid work environment.
