Description
Zed is hiring an AI Infrastructure Engineer to own the production infrastructure behind its AI agents. The role focuses on task orchestration, tool calling, state management, agent-to-system and API interactions, sandboxed execution environments, permissioning, evaluation, monitoring, debugging, and integration into reliable product workflows. Candidates should have direct experience shipping production LLM or agent systems, a strong backend or infrastructure foundation, experience with workflow orchestration or agent frameworks, and familiarity with AI observability and evaluation loops.
