Accenture is hiring an AI Engineer (Agentic/Applied) to design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems for enterprise clients. The role focuses on multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, LLMOps, cloud-native deployment, and client-facing technical leadership, with responsibility for defining standards, reusable patterns, observability, and measurement frameworks across engagements. The position requires significant production software engineering experience, hands-on production agentic AI deployment, familiarity with tools such as LangGraph/CrewAI/AutoGen, strong Python or Java backend skills, and people management experience.
