Description
ALTEN is hiring an AI Engineer focused on agentic development and enablement. The role develops software with AI agents, supports production delivery, evaluates and implements AI-supported development, testing, quality assurance, architecture, and operations use cases, and establishes guardrails and governance. The engineer will also run workshops with specialist departments, IT management, and development teams. Relevant experience includes enterprise application development, preferably with Java, Spring Boot or Quarkus, relational databases, coding agents, generative AI, LLMs, RAG, tool use, SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub, cloud platforms, APIs, integration architectures, and data-driven applications, along with German and English language skills.
