Pavago is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a full-time, fully remote AI Engineer / AI Automation Specialist working U.S. business hours. The role builds practical AI-powered applications, agents, API integrations, internal tools, and automated business workflows using LLMs, generative AI, Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, and platforms such as Make, Zapier, and n8n. Responsibilities include prompt engineering, structured outputs, agentic workflows, testing and evaluating AI reliability, troubleshooting integrations and automations, documenting systems, researching emerging AI technologies, and taking projects independently from concept through implementation.
