Description

Gleo AI is hiring an AI Engineer to help build and deploy an LLM-based in-vehicle voice AI agent. The role focuses on long-term memory, retrieval, personalization, context engineering, proactive agent experiences, offline and online evaluation, and production systems combining LLMs, machine learning, and rule-based approaches. Candidates need a master’s degree or higher in a related field, at least four years of AI/ML or software engineering experience, and practical experience with LLMs, agentic AI, user data, and production systems.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Master’s degree or higher in a related field such as Computer Science or Artificial Intelligence
Required Previous Experiences: At least 4 years of practical experience in AI/ML or software engineering
Experience applying LLM and agentic AI principles to real services
Experience analyzing real user logs and data
Experience designing, implementing, and operating production-level AI/ML systems
Preferred Qualifications: Research or development experience in long-term memory, retrieval, user modeling, personalization, and recommendation systems
Experience developing context-aware or proactive assistants
Experience building data pipelines for user interaction feedback
Experience optimizing recommendation and proactive intervention policies
