9th Way Insignia is recruiting an Engineer, 3, Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design, develop, train, deploy, secure, evaluate, and maintain AI, machine learning, and large language model solutions for federal and government applications. The role covers data preparation, model evaluation, red-team testing, governance, security controls, documentation, and collaboration with cybersecurity, software, data science, and government stakeholders. Applicants need at least 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years designing, developing, or deploying AI or machine learning systems in enterprise or government environments; a related PhD may substitute for up to 5 years of experience. The position offers a salary range of $98,135.18 to $185,000 USD, medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, and may require up to two onsite travel visits per year.
