Abound is hiring an AI Engineer to join its global team in the Shenzhen office. The role focuses on building generative AI and AI agent solutions for customer operations, internal automation, and lending operations; designing prompts, workflows, and evaluation processes; integrating LLMs with APIs, databases, and business systems; writing scalable Python code; and improving production reliability through testing, logging, monitoring, and fallback handling. The position requires strong Python, generative AI, prompt engineering, AI agent, and evaluation skills, along with fluency in English and Mandarin.
