AECOM is hiring an AI Engineer for its Assurance & Insight team to design, implement, and deploy LLM-based solutions in production. The role covers end-to-end machine learning work, including data preparation, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, text representation, semantic extraction, RAG systems, prompt engineering, and integration of LLM features into a SaaS platform. Candidates need a master’s degree in a relevant field, hands-on LLM experience, Python and pydantic proficiency, and experience with software solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
