The role involves working on a one-developer project focused on rapidly iterating changes for an HR team, utilizing AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and review. Responsibilities include refactoring the frontend into a modular architecture, moving data to a secure database, hardening security measures, setting up CI/CD pipelines, adding observability, and documenting the data pipeline. The ideal candidate will possess strong opinions on incremental refactoring, experience with authentication and security, DevOps fluency, and comfort with charting libraries.
