Autofleet is hiring an AI Engineer to develop and deploy enterprise AI agents that automate and augment business workflows. The role owns agent architecture and orchestration, including tool use, memory, multi-step planning, human-in-the-loop escalation, guardrails, and audit trails; defines evaluation frameworks; integrates agents with external systems; and collaborates with engineering teams on production pipelines. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, at least five years of software engineering experience, production-grade AI/LLM systems experience, strong backend expertise, and familiarity with AI-agent technologies.
