Better Collective is hiring an AI Engineer to build, test, and improve AI-driven solutions and automated workflows for its publishing business. The role involves developing practical AI solutions using LLMs, APIs, orchestration frameworks, retrieval systems, automation pipelines, and agentic workflows; building and evaluating proofs of concept and MVPs; and translating business needs into reliable technical solutions. Candidates need hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, LLMs, API integrations, LangChain or similar frameworks, and Python or TypeScript, along with experience building and evaluating practical AI solutions.
