Booz Allen is hiring an AI Engineer for a hybrid role in McLean, Virginia, USA. The position designs, builds, and maintains AI-enabled software solutions, including LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows, while applying machine learning, software engineering, secure development, cloud, and AI-assisted SDLC practices. The engineer will also consult, develop scalable solutions, work independently, and mentor team members. Requirements include at least five years of Python experience, experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, cloud and API experience, knowledge of embedding models and vector databases, and a bachelor’s degree; U.S. citizenship and a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination are required. The projected annualized compensation is $99,000 to $225,000 USD.
