Description
Booz Allen is hiring an AI Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI systems for mission-critical federal environments. The role owns RAG pipelines, evaluation systems, performance optimization, embedding and retrieval pipelines, APIs, cloud-native architectures, observability, automated evaluation, production operations, and AI security. Candidates need at least three years of production AI/ML experience, familiarity with LLM and vector-search technologies, cloud and agent-framework experience, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. The position is hybrid in Washington, District of Columbia, with an additional location in McLean, Virginia, and a projected annualized compensation range of $99,000 to $225,000.
