Description
BPD is hiring a mid-level AI Engineer to build and scale AI systems for its Violet and ThirdBase analytics platforms. The role focuses on LLM-powered analytics, agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, text-to-SQL, vector search, evaluation, guardrails, data governance, and AWS deployment. The engineer will own well-defined components end-to-end, collaborate with product, analytics, and senior engineers, and work with healthcare data, claims, referrals, HCP engagement, and campaign performance. The position requires 2–4 years of production software experience, Python and SQL, AWS, and experience with agentic frameworks, while healthcare and HIPAA experience are preferred.
