Capco is hiring an AI Engineer for its Hong Kong team to build and deploy AI-driven solutions for financial services. The role focuses on multi-agent workflows, Python-based data and model pipelines, training and fine-tuning neural networks and LLMs, production AI applications, regulatory and privacy compliance, monitoring, and collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders. Candidates need 3–12 years of AI/ML engineering experience, strong software engineering skills, LLM and agent-based solution expertise, cloud deployment knowledge, and experience with version control and agile practices.
