Cargomatic is hiring a remote AI Engineer – Agentic Automation to build and scale agentic AI systems and automation tools for structured logistics operations. The role integrates LLMs, APIs, data pipelines, RPA, and enterprise systems such as TMS and ERP, while designing autonomous workflows, exception-handling logic, guardrails, monitoring, and audit trails. Candidates need at least three years of software engineering experience, production AI or automation experience, LLM and workflow orchestration expertise, backend Node.js and AWS skills, and familiarity with databases, microservices, and third-party APIs.
