Cinder is hiring an AI Engineer to build and operate machine learning systems that process customer decision data, improve content classification and detection, develop intelligent features, and support model training, hosting, inference, evaluation, and agent evaluation. The role requires 5–8+ years of machine learning engineering experience, including production classifiers, LLM tradeoffs, imbalanced-data modeling, MLOps, and inference systems, with a focus on precision, recall, latency, and cost.
