CodeNinja is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade AI-powered software systems. The role blends software engineering, product engineering, and applied AI, with heavy use of LLMs, AI agents, automation, prompting, orchestration, integration, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 4+ years of hands-on experience applying AI in real-world software contexts, preferably in cloud-native, enterprise, regulated, or mission-critical environments.
