CookUnity is hiring an AI Engineer to embed with its cross-functional AI team and redesign workflows through automation. The role maps business processes, designs agents and deterministic internal applications, builds production tools, and owns them through monitoring, evaluation, regression testing, and continuous improvement. It requires process-redesign judgment, systems-integration skills, programming ability, production LLM experience, and cross-functional communication. The position reports to the Head of Applied AI and offers CAD 190,000–220,000 in compensation plus health insurance and other benefits.
