Description

The AI Engineer will join the Enterprise Systems team, focusing on delivering AI solutions from concept to production within strategic enterprise accounts. This role involves embedding with customers, owning end-to-end implementations, diagnosing technical issues, and orchestrating multi-step AI agents using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain. The engineer will also build custom integrations, contribute to product development, and continuously refine AI behaviors based on real-world feedback.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of software engineering experience
at least 1–2 years focused on AI/ML systems in production environments
Hands-on experience building with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models)
Experience designing and deploying agentic AI workflows
Preferred Qualifications: debugged a production AI system that was misbehaving inside a customer's environment and fixed it under pressure
built something agentic that actually ran in production — not just a toy demo
have opinions about AI system design, and you can back them up with experience
identified a customer problem that became a product feature
shipped something end-to-end — a product, a tool, a system — that you designed yourself from scratch
