Description
Distyl is hiring an AI Engineer to own the architecture, execution, and delivery of production AI systems for large enterprise customers. The role leads and mentors AI engineers, designs systems combining models, agents, retrieval, evaluation, and execution, works with customer stakeholders, integrates systems into data platforms and applications, and improves live systems. Candidates need at least 8 years of engineering experience, including technical leadership on customer-facing or production AI projects, along with cloud, integration, API, and data engineering experience. The role offers a $200,000–$250,000 base salary, equity, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a hybrid schedule requiring at least three days per week in the office.
