Description
Ditto is hiring an AI Engineer to build and manage agent-driven matchmaking, chat, scheduling, and re-engagement systems. The role combines customer-facing social experiences with internal tools for observing, debugging, evaluating, and steering autonomous AI agents, while designing feedback loops and optimizing reliability, speed, and scale. Candidates should have production systems experience across frontend, backend, and AI, along with TypeScript or Python, modern web frameworks, backend systems, event-driven or distributed systems, stateful systems, LLM pipelines or agent orchestration, experimentation, autonomous workflows, observability, and a data-driven mindset.
