Coforge is hiring a hybrid AI Engineer in Lima, Peru, focused on designing, building, deploying, and optimizing generative AI solutions, intelligent agents, assistants, RAG pipelines, APIs, and backend services. The role requires a technology or engineering degree, AI specialization or certification, at least three years of overall experience, and experience developing end-to-end generative AI solutions and software. Candidates should be skilled in LLMs, LangChain or equivalent agent frameworks, vector databases, prompt and context engineering, agent evaluation, observability, LLMOps, and cloud or production deployment practices.
