Description
Ent is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to take AI models and algorithms from research into production, reimplement and verify them, and own their training, evaluation, monitoring, and inference across endpoint and cloud environments. The role focuses on building reproducible training pipelines, release gates, drift detection, latency- and resource-constrained inference, and infrastructure for experimentation. Candidates need a full-systems track record, production model experience, strong Python and systems or backend programming skills, and the ability to evaluate model quality and handle ambiguity.
