Description
Fieldguide is hiring an AI Engineer to build and ship agentic workflows, architectures, and evaluation systems for enterprise audit and advisory workflows. The role combines product engineering, applied AI, and production systems, focusing on LLM integration, tooling, retrieval pipelines, agent reliability, performance monitoring, and human-in-the-loop design. Candidates should be software engineers with production experience, proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python, exposure to LLM APIs or AI tooling, and familiarity with retrieval or RAG concepts; React and Postgres experience is helpful but not required.
