Ford Motor Company is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, train, evaluate, tune, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions. The role covers data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, Python and library implementation, documentation, and collaboration within an agile team. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least three years of analytical and AI/ML experience, Gen AI experience, and cloud and AI platform experience. The position is on-site in Dearborn, Michigan, four days per week, with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance provided.
