FurtherAI is hiring an AI Engineer to join its agent team and shape product and agent development. The role focuses on end-to-end agent evaluation, experimenting with multi-agent systems and reasoning-from-feedback, building lightweight orchestration and tooling such as MCP servers, and bringing emerging LLM and agent research into production.
