Description
Guidepoint is hiring an AI Engineer to join its Toronto-based AI team and build scalable generative AI systems, including LLM applications, research agents, RAG pipelines, and agentic copilots. The role owns the application lifecycle across Databricks and Azure Kubernetes Service, applies LLMOps and AI observability practices, evaluates model performance, and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience or a master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in backend software engineering and generative AI, along with strong Python, cloud, distributed systems, and LLM application experience. The position is hybrid and offers an annual base salary of $135,000–$210,000 CAD plus a discretionary bonus.
