Gyde is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of applications for its AI-native insurance brokerage platform, including voice, chat, personalization, and real-time analytics. The role focuses on building AI-driven applications, secure and HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, third-party integrations, scalable multi-tenant architecture, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field, at least three years of engineering leadership experience, and at least one year building AI/ML products at scale. The position offers $175,000–$250,000 plus equity and is available remotely or hybrid in Austin or New York City.
