Description
The AI Engineer develops machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions, including large language models and generative AI, to improve member health outcomes. The role covers data pipelines, model training and evaluation, cloud-based ML platforms, model deployment and monitoring, prompt engineering, and integration with enterprise applications. It includes three differentiated levels of responsibility, with Level I requiring a bachelor's degree or six years of relevant experience, and Level III requiring significant AI/ML engineering experience, leadership, and strategic engagement with business leaders. The position may be performed in a home office and requires travel across the enterprise.
