Makai Labs is hiring an AI Engineer to build and improve AI-powered applications and internal tools for enterprise automation. The role involves rapid prototyping, experimentation, LLM and retrieval-system workflows, platform tooling, testing, evaluation, documentation, and ownership of smaller projects. Candidates should have a computer science background, experience building AI applications, strong Python skills, and a willingness to learn quickly.
