Monticello is hiring an AI Engineer to build and deploy AI systems for asset management, underwriting, and business intelligence. The role focuses on document extraction, RAG, LLM-based decision support, AI agents, automated workflows, full-stack internal tools, data pipelines, and reporting. It is fully onsite at the New York City office and requires end-to-end AI/ML experience, strong Python skills, LLM and RAG expertise, and familiarity with AWS Bedrock. The position offers a base salary of $95,000-$140,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus.
