Motive is hiring an AI Engineer to research, develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for perception and understanding across visual, audio, and other real-world signals. The role spans model research, data and training pipelines, production systems, on-device and cloud deployment, and collaboration with firmware, platform, and product teams. Candidates should understand deep-learning fundamentals, systems constraints, and end-to-end ownership, with Python, PyTorch, and at least one systems language required.
